1.5 Modifications and Cancellations: Any modifications or cancellations to your reservation must be made through Luqsury’s website or by contacting our customer support. Additional charges or fees may apply, depending on the property’s cancellation policy and the timing of the modification or cancellation.
Property Rental
2.1 Property Condition: Luqsury takes reasonable measures to ensure that the properties listed on our website meet quality standards. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of property descriptions or the condition of the property itself. It is the guest’s responsibility to thoroughly review the property details, amenities, and photos before making a reservation.
2.2 House Rules: Each property may have specific house rules that guests must follow during their stay. Guests are expected to respect these rules, as failure to do so may result in penalties, eviction, or additional charges. The guest count must not exceed this limit unless explicitly approved by the property owner or Luqsury. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in penalties, eviction, or additional charges.
2.5 Property Use and Care: Guests are expected to use the property responsibly and with care. Any damages or losses caused by the guest or their invitees during the stay must be reported to Luqsury immediately. Guests may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from their actions.
2.6 Cleaning and Maintenance: Luqsury ensures that the properties are clean and well-maintained before the guest’s arrival. Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the property during their stay. Additional cleaning or maintenance fees may be charged if the property is left excessively dirty or damaged.
Payments and Fees
